I take on a small number of commissions each season, creating original watercolour and ink paintings inspired by meaningful places, quiet moments, or memories.

These are quiet, collaborative pieces guided not just by reference photos, but by what the memory represents to you.

You don’t need a fully formed idea to begin.

Why I create this work

I’m drawn to moments that often go unnoticed. The quiet strength of a place, the pause between movement, the feeling of steadiness during change.

Much of my work is shaped by personal experiences with transition, health, and learning to slow down. Painting has become a way to reflect on resilience, not as something loud or dramatic, but as something steady and lived-in.
