See if your photo will workTurn a meaningful photo into a custom pet portrait
A meaningful photo of your dog, cat, or beloved animal can become something more lasting than a digital image or printed snapshot. A custom pet portrait turns that memory into original artwork you can live with every day.
I work from your photograph to capture expression, posture, and the quiet details that make your pet feel like themselves. My goal is not to create something generic, but a painting that feels recognizable, personal, and full of character.
Whether you are commissioning a dog portrait, cat portrait, memorial pet portrait, or another animal painting, each piece is created by hand in watercolour and ink on archival paper.
If you are looking for architectural artwork instead, I also create custom house portraits in Vancouver.
What Vancouver pet portrait clients are saying
We had a painting of our dog Luna commissioned and absolutely loved how it turned out. The artist captured her personality perfectly; her sweetness and expressive little attitude all came through so naturally in the piece. You can tell there was real care and attention put into the details. The whole experience was smooth and thoughtful from start to finish, and the final painting honestly exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend!
